Shipping  Information

1.   If purchase value is up to 125 Euros Shipping fee is 7.5 Euro to South Korea. If the purchase value is over 125 Euros a shipping fee of 15 Euro is charged.

2.   All Products of Velora’s online shop will be shipped from Germany. The usual delivery time is about 7-14 days after placing the order.

3.   When the goods are shipped an Email will be sent to the customer. For overseas delivery, tracking information of the shipment is available from the domestic shipping route.

4.   If the ordered products are already in the process of delivery, it is not possible to cancel your order.

5.   Depending on the product characteristics, there might be slight delay in dispatch and might have a slight delay in the delivery.
