Terms of Use
1. Scope of application
For all orders via our online shop www.velora-shop.com / www.velora.de / www.velora.co.kr the following terms and conditions apply.
 
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
Contractual partners in the sale of goods are e-One Ventures GmbH, Sebastian-Kneipp-Str. 41, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (owner of the online shop www.velora-shop.com /www.velora.de / www.velora.co.kr), hereinafter referred to as "we", "the company" and the customer.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products without obligation into the shopping cart and correct your input before sending your binding order at any time. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of your order will be made by e-mail immediately after sending the order.
The minimum order value for our online shop is 40 euros.
When the contract comes into being with us depends on the type of payment chosen by you:
Credit card
By submitting your order, you also submit your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legal cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer.
PayPal
In the ordering process, you are forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can specify your payment data and confirm payment instructions to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer.
 
3. Contract language
The languages available for the contract are German, English and Korean. In the case of divergences between the German and English or Korean versions, the German version shall prevail.
You can access and print the current terms and conditions on the website.
 
4. Terms of delivery
Delivery country

We currently deliver exclusively to South Korea.

Shipping
The delivery to South Korea to the customer's address, a shipping fee of 7.5 Euro will be charge for a purchase value of up to 125 Euro. Above this amount, a shipping fee of 15 Euro will be charged.
delivery times
The usual delivery time is 7-14 days.
Products with longer delivery times are indicated on the product with the corresponding delivery time. In some cases, the delivery time may be extended.
Should an information or consultation need exist, the customer will be contacted immediately.
If the delivery is not possible, we will inform the customer without delay, the customer can cancel his order.
In spite of careful stocking, an article may be sold out faster than foreseen. Therefore we can not give a delivery guarantee. Promotions are valid only while stock lasts.
If a product is not available due to force majeure or production adjustment and we can not procure the ordered goods under reasonable conditions, the circumstances have not occurred until the contract has been concluded and we are not responsible for the non-delivery, we are exempted from the obligation to deliver. The customer is immediately informed of this. Counter compensation of the customer shall be reimbursed without delay.
We reserve the right to supply only household quantities.
 
5. Payment
Our shop is exclusively billed in the currency Euro. If, in addition to the Euro prices, prices are also listed in other currencies, e.g. Korean Won (KRW), this is simply for information, but not for billing. The following payment methods are available:
Credit card
By submitting your order, you also submit your credit card details.
After your legitimation as a legal cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after ordering. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is debited.
PayPal
In the ordering process, you are forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us.After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is automatically executed by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
 
6. Proprietary reservation
The goods remain our property until full payment.
 
7. Transportation damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage to transport, please report such faults immediately to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately, at the latest within 7 days after receipt of the shipment.
 
8. Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Notice
If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, you have the right to revoke this contract within seven days, stating the damage / deficiencies and reimbursement or exchange.
The period of revocation shall be seven days from the date on which you or a third party you designate who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right, you must send an email to: customerservice@velora.de by means of a clear explanation of the damage or defects of the goods.
In addition, you must return the goods within 30 days. The exact address will be sent to you by email after you have applied for the cancellation. After we have received the shipment and the damage / defects have been acknowledged by us, you will be refunded the amount on the same payment method on your purchase within 14 days.
The Purchaser cannot return the received goods and reimburse or exchange or revoke them if one of the following applies:
a. The product has been lost or damaged due to the user's responsibility
b. The value of the goods has been reduced due to the use of the user or consumption
c. If their sealing of the sealed goods has been removed after delivery.
d. If, after delivery, goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
e. When the goods were opened or used.
f. If the ordered consignment has already been dispatched from the distribution center and sent to the domestic entry point of the user.
G. When the goods have been delivered properly.
 
9. Emergency procedures
We can not guarantee the smooth and free customs clearance of the goods according to the customs regulations in the country of destination.
We will deliver the goods to the competent authority if an authorized supplier contract is available on the basis of the relevant laws and regulations of the competent government office, etc. In this case, the company will notify the user immediately.
Even if the Purchaser has suffered due to the damage caused in the preceding paragraph, we are not liable for damages. In this case, the customer's obligation to pay the costs and associated expenses related to the goods concerned will be continued.
 
10. Compensation for damages
We shall not be liable for damages which the customer incurs by completing incorrect information and thus the consignment can not be cleared or allocated.
If a consignment is refused by the customs office in the country of destination due to incorrect information from the customer (eg incorrect address, incorrect customs number of the customer, etc.), or the consignee intentionally refuses the consignment, the customer bears the entire shipping costs in the consignment and destination country.
In the case of confiscation from the customs in the country of destination, the buyer has no right to a refund or a free new consignment.
The liability of the company for loss or damage to the consignment is terminated if the customer does not notify the company within 7 days from the date of receipt of the consignment.
The company is not liable for the loss or damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure.
 
11. Restriction of use and restriction of copyright
Copyright and other intellectual property rights created in our "Online Shop" belong to the company.
Any information on the online shop may not be used for commercial purposes without the consent of the company.
 
12. Final provisions
Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
For contracts between us and you, German law is applicable under the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods").
 
13. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement (OS), which can be found here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated or unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer sacking agency.
