Return shipments
1. Return shipment is eligible for defect products or for wrong shipments only. Return shipment and reimbursement is not acceptable for simple mind change.
2. To request a return shipment, the customer must notify by E-mail to the customer center within 7 days after receipt of the goods. An instruction for the return shipment will then be sent.
3. The received goods must then be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The return shipment is free of charge.
4. If goods will be returned without prior notice within 7 days after receipt of the goods and acceptance for returning the goods, the reimbursement will not be granted.
5. Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a confirmation email with a return label attached to the customer's e-mail. The label must be printed and attached on the return shipmentâs box.
6. Product price, box packing and container shape are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer's product renewal and new product launch. Returns and price compensation are not allowed.
7. No returns or refunds are acceptable in the following cases:
If the order is already shipped and in dispatch
If the product has no defects or wrongly shipped but due to simple mind change
Some dents of the box or slight scratches due to the nature of overseas shipment
If you return shipment has not been notified within 7 days after receipt of the goods
If the notice or shipment of return has been overdue (request for return within 7 days after receipt of the item / 30 days for return of goods)
In case of damage, contamination or breakdown of the product due to damage or loss of the goods or components or careless handling
If you have damaged the packaging (product case) of an individual product or have used the product
If you have opened the case or the product used even if it is defective or wrongly shipped
Even if there is a request for a return, it can not be returned without the consent of the company. The return process might be delayed due to the customer's reasons (e.g. if the photo is not provided upon request), the reimbursement may be delayed.
The rejection of customs clearance, address inconsistency, rejection of the consignee (including the refusal of customs duty), etc. shall be deemed to be the buyer's responsibility, and the buyer shall bear the domestic and overseas shipping costs.
Return shipment and refund is barred in case of seized or discarded goods by the customs authority during customs clearance.
8. Return procedure
In case of wrongly shipped goods or defect goods, return shipment must be requested and applied to the customer center within 7 days after receipt of the goods
After receiving the approval mail from the Customer Center for return shipment, the return shipment label will be attached in the E-mail
After printing the return shipping label, please attach the label on the box with the enclosed defective or wrongly shipped product
Return the packaged goods through the designated parcel service company
